Tian Howell

Tian is a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Stretch Coach and life enthusiast! She first found Pilates when embarking on her professional ballet career at the late age of 14. It played a massive role in improving her strength and preventing injuries due to her hypermobility syndrome. After graduating from the Royal Academy of Dance with a first-class honours degree, she shifted her focus to Pilates.

Her ultimate life goal is fostering happiness, health, and sustainable lifestyles.

Between the ages of 19 and 24, Tian went through a rough period of poor health, including Ulcerative Colitis, Cancer and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. However, those five years gave her time to reflect and realise that her health and wellbeing must become a priority. As a result, her whole outlook on life changed, and she now works from a place of passion and positivity.

With extensive education and research, Tian now specialises in injury management, functional movement, and empowering individuals to live pain-free, focusing on Sports Nutrition and Wellness Coaching. She advocates for simple lifestyle adjustments to achieve a healthy, balanced existence.

Tian also founded the Librium Menopause Clinic at the beginning of 2022 after noticing the improvements in her menopausal fitness clients through adapting training, nutrition and supplementing with holistic therapies. She now helps pre, peri and post menopausal clients find a sustainable lifestyle and routines to support their menopause journey. Complementing this, the Librium Hub is Tian's answer to holistic support. With an array of the best holistic practitioners and holistic experts advising on which therapy to support, this company helps take the guesswork out of holistic wellbeing. Tian developed this after finding holistic therapies were the best thing to improve her chronic fatigue syndrome. Still, she felt isolated and helpless in her quest to find suitable therapies and therapists. She doesn't want anyone to feel so alone at their most vulnerable time, so she developed the hand-holding system she longed for during her time of need.

In 2023, Tian Launched Micro Moments, an app to make meditation, breathwork and exercise accessible for everyone, especially busy working professionals. With workouts and meditations as short as 30 seconds, it is easy to fit into your day-to-day routine.

While managing the wellness facilities at Parsons Green Club, pursuing an MBA, and teaching in-person and online programming, Tian passionately encourages balanced, healthy lifestyles that don’t compromise life's pleasures.
